Changes to Our Login Process – Helpful Hints
In order to provide enhanced security of your finances and
information, we have changed our login procedures,
effective April 7, 2013. We have streamlined the
process by eliminating picture and phrase, while adding
new layers of security behind the scenes.
If you log in from a new computer or location, you may be
asked to validate your information through a phone call or
SMS text code. This new process will help protect your information.
Some online banking users have experienced issues with repeated instances of being asked to validate their information via phone call or text message. Below are some helpful hints if you continue to be asked to validate your information:
1. Clear cookies, do not check “preserve favorite sites” in Internet Explorer
2. Add the bank site to trusted sites
3. Delete any Flash cookies for the bank website (this can be done at http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html and scroll through the list to find the bank website, highlight and click delete website)
